REGULAR CUSTOMERS SAVINGS SYSTEM

 

SAVINGS POINTS

 

With us, you have the option to save points via a savings program. If you make purchases via an account in your name, you will receive 5 savings points for every euro spent (excluding shipping costs). Each savings point is worth 10 cents.

 

You can exchange these savings points for discount vouchers after two weeks and from a balance of 500 points. You can use a discount voucher again for your next order (note, maximum 1 voucher per order)

 

Savings points are valid for three months. When spending your points, the oldest points are redeemed first. Aquascaper reserves the right to let the points balance of our Loyalty savings program expire if: savings points are older than three months, or if you have not activated your personal account within three months. Saving and redeeming points is only possible by and for a purchase placed in one of our webshops.

 

SAVINGS BALANCE

 

Would you like to know what your savings balance is? At the bottom of the screen, you can see a 'loyalty' button. If you are logged in, you can see the number of saved points there and exchange them for a discount if necessary. In history, you will find the discount codes that you have previously received.

 

EXCHANGE SAVINGS POINTS FOR A DISCOUNT CODE?

You can redeem the balance from a balance of 500 points

500 savings points are worth 5 euros

There is no expiry date on the saved points.

There is no expiry date on the discount codes

Only customers with an account can participate

You can only use 1 discount code per order

No points can be earned on shipping costs

The points are credited as soon as the order has been paid.

Savings points can only be redeemed online.

I have lost my points and/or discount code!?

>> Solution: look under the "History" button

 

My discount has not been deducted!?

>> Solution: enter the discount code and click apply in the shopping cart or check-out

 

My discount code does not work!?

>> Solution: copy the discount code exactly! Tip: use copy/paste
