Amazonia soil powder from Ada is an active aquasoil soil that is composed of organic material that has the properties to lower the pH of the water. The color of this grain is inspired by the coloring of the Amazon. This allows you to easily imitate the natural environment of the Amazon with this soil.
Due to the active ingredients of this Amazonia soil powder, kH is effectively bound from the water, which ensures that the pH can stabilize at a value of +- 6.0 (depending on the water used). The grain size is between 1 and 2 millimeters, which ensures that many bacteria can live in the soil.
These granules therefore contribute to an optimal biological balance in the aquarium. Also ideal to use in combination with a bottom filter! This is a hard grain that retains its round shape for a very long time in the aquarium.

Amazonia

However, the Amazonia ver.2 is provided with fewer organic substances, which makes the start-up phase easier and lowers the risk of algae in an aquarium. The pH / kH lowering effect is the same compared to Amazonia. This makes Amazonia ver.2 also suitable for (shrimp) aquariums with mosses.
Amazonia light
In addition to a lighter color, the Amazonia light also differs in the amount of added organic substances. This reduces the chance of problems during the aquarium's start-up period. The chance of algae growth will also be greatly reduced. This makes Amazonia light the ideal pH-lowering soil for a novice aquarist.
Instructions
¬Do not wash the soil before use.
¬ Slowly add the water to the aquarium.
